Brief Introduction of Your Factory?
Founded in Shaoxing in 2016, Suichong Textiles is a professional source manufacturer of functional sport fabrics integrating R&D, weaving, dyeing & finishing, deep processing and sales.
We mainly supply quick-dry, high-stretch nylon-spandex / polyester-spandex, UPF sun-protective and tear-resistant fabrics, widely used for sport jerseys, yoga wear, sun protective clothes and outdoor garments. Custom services including printing, jacquard and functional post-finishing are available.
Equipped with complete modern production machines, we carry out full-process quality inspection to strictly control elasticity, color fastness, shrinkage and other indicators. We support small-batch sampling as well as mass production, supplying both domestic and overseas clients.
Adhering to quality-oriented principle, we keep developing eco-friendly functional fabrics and strive to be a top supplier of sportswear fabrics.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?
Our factory is based in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, China. It takes around 40 mins by car from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and about 1.5 hours from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. You are warmly welcome to visit our workshop anytime.
How to get samples?
Kindly send your detailed requirements to our customer service team. We provide free A4-size swatches, you only need to cover the courier freight. If you place bulk orders later, we will send samples at our cost for free.
What is your MOQ? Is there extra charge if my order is below MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 300KG per fabric style, 100KG per single color.
If your order fails to meet the MOQ standard, an extra surcharge of $120 will be charged per style, and $70 per color separately.
How long does it take to make color swatches / lab dips?
finish color lab dips within 3–5 working days after confirming your color standard.
What about your fabric quality standards & testing indicators?
We strictly test elasticity, color fastness, shrinkage rate and tear resistance for all fabrics.
– Color fastness to washing reaches Grade 3–4 for regular polyester fabrics; Grade 4+ for premium polyester styles; Grade 4–6 high standard for mixed-color spliced sportswear.
– All functional fabrics pass UPF sun protection, quick-dry and stretch performance tests.
– Eco-friendly dyeing formula meets international environmental standards.
Can you do custom processing?
Yes. We support custom printing, jacquard weaving and all kinds of functional post-finishing, such as anti-UV, moisture wicking, anti-tear treatment according to your demands.
What are your payment terms?
Our regular payment term is 30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
We also accept L/C for large bulk orders. Western Union, PayPal and Alipay are acceptable for sample payments.
How about production & delivery lead time?
-Common in-stock fabric styles: Ship within 15–20 days after receiving deposit
-Custom jacquard, printed or special functional fabrics: 25–40 days based on order quantity and customized craft

Our fabrics are sold to domestic garment factories and overseas importers covering Europe, Southeast Asia, America and Australia, widely used for yoga wear, team jerseys, sun protection apparel and outdoor clothing brands.
